We partner with founders, marketing leaders and executive teams of high-potential consumer brands and leading large consumer goods companies to drive sustainable growth through structured thinking, data-driven decision making and execution excellence.We are building a highly selective team and are looking for a Junior Consultant to work directly with the CEO on strategic initiatives, client engagements and internal development projects.Role DescriptionThe Junior Consultant will be part of the CEO Office , supporting high-impact strategic work across multiple clients and internal initiatives with direct exposure to well-known consumer brands and large-scale FMCG players (food & beverage, home care, etc.). This role requires strong analytical capabilities, structured problem solving, and professional maturity , with early involvement in executive-level decision-making.The position is designed for candidates with top-tier potential who seek accelerated learning in a demanding, meritocratic environment. The key responsibilities of the role include:Support the CEO in strategic consulting engagements, maintaining direct exposure to clients throughout the project lifecycleParticipating in client interactions, including meetings, workshops and follow-ups, ensuring clear, structured and professional communicationPrepare executive-level presentations and materials for client-facing meetingsAnalyze business, financial, and marketing data to identify trends and performance gaps, and synthesize key KPIs to drive strategic decisions.Support the coordination of multiple projects and clients simultaneously , acting as a reliable point of contact on selected workstreamsContribute to the development of Urkah’s internal methodologies, analytical frameworks and strategic contentCandidate ProfileBachelor’s or Master’s in Business Management, Economics, Marketing, Management Engineering or related fieldsStrong academic performance is expectedPrevious experience (including internships) in management consulting, corporate strategy, business intelligence, product or business line management, or marketingExperience in client-facing roles or structured stakeholder management is a strong plusAnalytical & Technical SkillsExcellent logical, structured and hypothesis-driven thinking .
