Context and purpose of the job: Within the Emporio Armani Boutique in Forte dei Marmi, you will join the team as Client Advisor (L. 68/99). In particular, you will reflect the brand philosophy and be characterised by professionalism, attention to detail and technical knowledge. Responsibilities: Ensure excellence by offering an outstanding Client Experience Build client loyalty, engaging potential, new or existing clients Monitor your own performance, achieving the assigned KPIs Provide an impeccable image of the boutique Ensure product good maintenance, replenishment on the floor, knowing the warehouse stock of all categories to ensure re-stock shelves and maximize sales Requirements (Must have skills): 1+ year of experience in the same industry Higher education diploma and/or degree Good knowledge of English Strong interest and passion Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Team spirit We promote diversity and inclusion in all forms, within a collaborative environment where your talent can flourish in the pursuit of a common goal: yours and our growth. #J-18808-Ljbffr
