Whether you're a recent graduate, transitioning from another technology stack, or coming from a coding bootcamp, if you have foundational development skills and enthusiasm for learning Salesforce, we encourage you to apply.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, and declarative tools under the guidance of senior developersWrite clean, well-documented code following team coding standards and Salesforce best practicesAssist in building integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIsParticipate in code reviews to learn from experienced team members and improve your coding skillsWrite and maintain unit tests to ensure code quality and meet testing requirementsDebug and troubleshoot issues in existing code with support from the development teamCollaborate with administrators, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutionsDocument technical designs and development work for knowledge sharingParticipate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectivesStay current with Salesforce releases and new features through Trailhead and other learning resourcesContribute to team knowledge base and documentation effortsSupport testing and deployment activities in sandbox and production environmentsAssist with data migration and data quality improvement tasksQualification and backgroundRequired1-2 years of Salesforce development experience or relevant programming experience with demonstrated interest in Salesforce (personal projects, Trailhead badges, or volunteer work counts)Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience (we value skills and potential over credentials—bootcamp graduates, self-taught developers, and career changers are welcome)Basic understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and web development fundamentalsFamiliarity with at least one programming language (JavaScript, Java, C#, Python, or similar)Basic knowledge of Salesforce platform, including understanding of objects, fields, relationships, and basic automationExposure to version control systems (Git) or willingness to learn quicklyStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailExcellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)Eagerness to learn, accept feedback, and continuously improveAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentSelf-motivated with good organizational skillsDesirableSalesforce Platform Developer I certification or actively working toward itExperience with Lightning Web Components, Aura Components or VisualforceUnderstanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScriptFamiliarity with Salesforce declarative tools (Flow, Process Builder, Workflow Rules)Knowledge of SOQL and SOSL query languagesExperience with Salesforce APIs (ReST, SOAP)Understanding of software testing principles and test-driven developmentFamiliarity with Agile / Scrum methodologiesActive Trailhead profile with completed modules and badgesExperience with Sales Cloud or Service CloudBasic understanding of CI/CD conceptsContributions to open-source projects or personal coding portfolioParticipation in Salesforce community events, user groups, or developer forumsTechnogym is an Equal Opportunities EmployerTechnogym is an equal opportunities employer.
