And our success allows MillerKnoll to support causes that align with our values, so we can build a more sustainable, equitable, and beautiful future for everyone.Job Description : Logistics & Warehouse ManagerWe are looking for a Logistics and Warehouse Manager with a hands‑on and operational approach, capable of managing and actively participating in daily activities such as loading / unloading, internal handling, and warehouse organization.The role will be integrated into a dynamic production environment, requiring a constant presence on the floor and strong coordination skills, supporting the team not only in planning but also in executing tasks.Main ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and participate in goods loading and unloading operations.Manage internal handling of materials and finished products.Organize and optimize warehouse spaces, ensuring efficiency, order, and safety.Collaborate with production departments and the shipping office to ensure proper flow management.Monitor stock levels and support periodic inventory activities.Use management systems for recording and controlling movements.Coordinate warehouse staff, promoting a collaborative and results‑oriented work environment.RequirementsPrevious experience in similar roles, preferably in metalworking or manufacturing environments.English language proficiency required.Excellent knowledge of warehouse dynamics and operational logistics.Ability to operate forklifts and handling equipment.Practical attitude, initiative, and on‑the‑ground leadership.Basic knowledge of IT and management tools.Who We Hire?Simply put, we hire qualified applicants representing a wide range of backgrounds and abilities.
