The Financial Times places it 4th in the world for Full-Time MBA programs and 6th in Europe among business schools.SDA Bocconi School of Management is seeking a highly motivated Career Development Center Intern to support career services initiatives for students and participants across programs.The role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the organization and delivery of career development activities, employer engagement initiatives, and networking events, ensuring high-quality services and a smooth participant experience.RESPONSIBILITIESCareer Events Organization and SupportSupport the planning, logistics, communication, and delivery of career development initiatives such as Career Cafés, company presentations, and networking events.Assist in managing agendas, company invitations, participant registrations, and on-site logistics.Operational and Coordination ActivitiesCoordinate with internal stakeholders (marketing, programs, IT) for event promotion, materials, and room bookings.Manage logistics including catering, materials, and technical support for both in-person and online events.Oversee IT and digital platforms used for career events, streaming, or virtual interactions.Employer and Platform ManagementPost job opportunities and career events on dedicated platforms (e.g. Symplicity).Monitor applications, manage databases, and support employer follow-up after events and business trips.Data, Analytics and ReportingExtract and analyze KPIs related to career development activities and employer engagement.Support the preparation of professional reports and presentations to communicate results and insights effectively.REQUIREMENTSUniversity degree.At least 6 months of experience in organizational activities (back-office and front-office), preferably in an international context.Preferred sectors: education, consulting, luxury, public relations.Minimum 6 months of proven experience abroad (study, work, or other).Strong written and oral communication skills in Italian and English .Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.Ability to work effectively under time pressure and manage multiple priorities.Availability to occasionally work in the evenings during the week (in connection with events), as well as Saturday mornings, on an occasional basis.We offerA 6-month internship allowance of €1,000 gross per month and €8 meal vouchers per working day (Ticket Restaurant)Company PC and mobile phoneAccess to the SDA Bocconi training course platformPlace of work:SDA Bocconi, Via Sarfatti 10 – 20136 Milan(3 days in office + up to 2 days of smart working after the first month)
