Senior Recruitment Specialist @Strategic Staffing SolutionsStrategic Staffing Solutions International client is one of America’s Best Mid-Sized Companies (as recognized by Forbes), and a global manufacturer of circuit protection, power control, and sensing technologies serving the industrial, transportation, and electronics markets.About the job:Support the development of battery disconnect switches and power distribution modules through product hardware design and electronics modificationsCoordinate product development activities to ensure successful design and launch of new productsPrototype, simulate, and test designs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teamsSupport mechanical design engineers, product, quality and the procurement teams in the product modification activitiesTranslate customer requirements into product specificationsDrive innovative technical solutionsManage global stakeholders, both internal and externalAbout you:Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering or related field3-5 years of hands‑on experience in hardware design and developmentProficient in CAD tools, ideally Altium DesignerBackground in the automotive industry preferred; familiarity with IATF and ATEX standards is a plusStrong communicator with excellent written and verbal Italian skills and fluent in English.Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutionsProactive self‑starter with a strong drive to learn and apply new conceptsDetail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving skillsOffered salary range: €45,000‑€60,000 grossInterested?
