Your job is to:Decidewhat the team works onDecidewhen it shipsEnsurewhat ships is solid, reviewed, and production-readyYou are accountable fordelivery, quality, and predictabilityof a team of 6–10 FS engineers.What you’ll do1. Own priorities and execution for the Full Stack teamCollect requests from Sales, Product, and Customer conversationsTranslate them intoclear prioritiesfor the teamDecidewhat goes into each sprint and what does notCommit torealistic delivery timelinesand make them stick2. Run sprints and delivery Plan and run sprint cyclesBreak down work into executable tasksTrack progress and remove blockersCommunicate delivery timelines internally (CEO, Sales, Product)3. Be the technical reference for the teamReview PRs (especially critical or high-risk ones)Givedirect technical feedbackto engineers when neededEnforce code quality standardsEnsure changes are production-safe and maintainable4. Act as an interface between engineering and the rest of the companyCoordinate on timelines with Sales and ProductClarify ambiguous Product requirementsExplain trade-offs clearly to non-engineersKeep communication direct and pragmaticYoushouldn’t applyif:You’re not able to producereasonable time estimatesfor engineering work, break down complex projects into executable steps, and take responsibility when timelines slip.You don’t want to review codeYou don’t feel comfortable working alongside Sales and Product teamsYou want a purely managerial role with no technical responsibilityWhat we’re looking forThis role requires someone who has already done this before.
