Our team plays an integral role by helping the business plan for the future.Take ownership of HSE for our Facilities ProjectsAs the Facility Projects HSE Specialist, you will manage the day-to-day activity in the Campus HSE frontline. You will partner with the Project Managers and Facility team to reduce and manage risks associated with facility operations. You will be accountable for the strengthening our interdependent HSE culture.In this role you will also be responsible for :Contractors HSE Oversight and HSE Supervision and Surveillance of facility management projects, including construction activitiesInspection / audit on contractorsSupporting the organization on HSE Topics with contractorsSupporting Facility & Maintenance HSE KPIs creationImproving HSE Culture through Safety Talks, meetings, induction HSE, TrainingsManaging and deploying HSE Concerns / IDEAS events, incidentsSupporting on Investigations, CAPA, Improvement on HSE incidents & EventsLife Saving Rules (LSR) and HSE Critical Activities reference point in the Facility and Maintenance organizationSupporting on Permit to work and interfering risks managingSupporting HSE Verification and qualification of contractors and suppliersSupporting organization in identifying and developing improvement projects (Road Map)Supporting Management of Change (MOC) and P&E projects follow-upImprovement processes / tool and HSE Facility and MaintenanceFuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will have :Professional qualification in a relevant subject for HSE e.g. ASPPSeveral years of experience in Environmental Health & SafetyWorking knowledge with HSE operations on Facility / Equipment Maintenance (Permit to work, interfering risks managing)Sufficient knowledge of HSE management systems, Local HSE regulations and widely used International standardsGood communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent teamwork, mediation, relationship-building and influencing skillsWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
