Together we belong to something beautiful.As part of the Supply Chain Department Demand & Supply Planning Team you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:Planning and execution of Supply Chain operations related to all types of trade animation.Coordination with the company departments (Trade Marketing Categories etc) and European Supply Chain Team in order to ensure the correct flow of information at the correct time.Business data analysis in order to support the success of commercial activities in compliance with stock value and rotation index targets.Uploading necessary information into the forecasting system in order to calculate sales forecasts and to execute stores/ecom replenishmentDeliveries follow-up both on the central warehouse and on stores/ecom. Check of quantities and timing and coordination with Demand Planners and Supply Planners for any corrective action.Ex-post analysis to identify and highlight elements of success and improvement.Support to Demand Planners in new product/brand launch activities: planning execution and control.Creation/maintenance of useful databases in order to improve effectiveness and communication with other company departments.Do not hesitate to apply if you have:Engineering or Economics degreeAlmost 1 year of experience in planning retail environment is a plusExcellent knowledge of Excel experience with forecasting systems is a plusFluent level of English is mandatoryAnalytical attitudeBy staying results-oriented and proactive in this fast-paced and dynamic environment youll contribute to the success of Sephora.Here you will find:Community: authenticity is embraced and the strength of our differences fuels our collective spiritWorking Environment: modern offices with break/relax areas for your well-being in the center of Milan.
