As Site Leader in Humanitas, you will take full responsibility for the on‑site proton therapy technology and operations, ensuring technical service excellence, patient safety, and strong customer relationships. You will act as both a technical expert and a strategic partner, driving performance, developing your team (4 people), and going the extra mile to achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction, focusing on delivering high‑quality service, solving issues proactively, improving processes, and maintaining safe and efficient operations that meet IBA’s standards.
