Role:Hemmersbach is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Onsite Technician to provide hands-on technical support for end users. This role involves resolving issues across hardware, software, and networking, with a strong emphasis on user satisfaction and professionalism.Main responsabilities:Providing support for service work orders involving PCs, laptops, cabling, AV devices, peripherals, and security systems.Providing in-person support to end users at Tech Bar locations, including triage, diagnosis, and resolution of Workplace issues, and loaning equipment when required.Supporting datacenter and application architecture at a basic level, including hard reboots of onsite equipment.Planning, implementing, and monitoring networks for computers and printers/scanners.Troubleshooting basic network issues and assisting with the administration of switches, routers, Wi-Fi access points, and firewalls.Configuring routers and switches and integrating hardware components within operating systems and networks.Supporting backup, tape, and Exchange infrastructure operations.Working with intercompany teams on medium-complexity projects.Running workshops and gathering information for reporting and documentation.Preparing technical documentation and reporting on assigned tasks.Contract: 1-year fixed-term employment contract (with possibility of transformation into a permanent)Location: Milano (Romolo - fully onsite)Requirements:3+ years of experience as a Deskside Support TechnicianWorking technical knowledge to handle service for PCs, laptops, cabling, televisions, projectors, phones, peripherals, and site security equipment.Ability to plan, implement, and monitor computer and printer/scanner networks (e.g., file server)Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project productsTroubleshoot basic network issues and understands the administering of switches, routers, and firewallsAbility to configure routers and switches.Good English and Italian languageFamiliar with ticketing systemBenefits:Buddy programInternal career development programInternational job opportunitiesOnboarding programStaff discountsTicket Restaurant (Edenred, Sodexo, UP)/ Meal VoucherBe part of Us Hemmersbach provides IT infrastructure services in more than 190 countries with 50 own subsidiaries.
