Role DescriptionWe are seeking a Front Office Manager to join our passionate team for the 2026 season (end of April - end of October). As the face and heart of our resort, you will ensure that each guest's journey begins and ends with empathy, grace, efficiency, and genuine care. You will oversee the daily front office operations, lead and inspire your team, and curate a seamless guest experience that reflects the soul of Fattoria di Vegi.QualificationsAt least 2 years of experience in a Front Office or Guest Relations management role within a luxury or boutique hospitality environment.Proven leadership and communication skills with a natural ability to inspire and connect.Strong sense of hospitality and a refined understanding of guest expectations.Fluent in English; proficiency in German and/or French is a distinct advantage.Solid knowledge of PMS systems and hotel operations.Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management preferred.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.Role ObjectivesManages guest check-in and check-out, ensuring an efficient and pleasant processResponds to guest questions and requestsHandles guest complaints, attempting to resolve problems in a timely and satisfactory mannerCreates a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests, making them feel welcome and comfortableSupervises and trains front desk staff, ensuring that they provide high quality serviceCreates and assigns shifts, ensuring adequate service coverageMonitors staff performance and provides constructive feedbackKey skills and competenciesExcellent communication and public interaction skillsStrong customer service orientation and skill in problem solvingLeadership, organizational and management skillsAbility to work in a team and under pressureKnowledge of Rooms management and service in the luxury segment.Minimum requirementsFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidaysMinimum 2 years' experience in the roleHigh school diploma: degree in Hospitality Management preferredWe OfferSalary commensurate with experience and level of expertise.#J-18808-Ljbffr
