At Visa Cash App Racing Bulls F1 Team we strongly believe that every member of our staff can and should lead innovation and continuous improvement in such a competitive and dynamic working environment.ResponsibilitiesDerive detailed design specifications for subsystems based on vehicle-level requirements;Execute detailed design activities, including hand calculations and high-quality detail drawings, balancing performance and manufacturability;Monitor technology developments to ensure design standards remain state-of-the-art;Prepare and issue documentation for component testing and trackside operations;Manage actions to resolve quality issues during production.Collaboration, Performance & OperationsCollaborate with concept, vehicle performance, and aerodynamics teams to maximize the impact of suspension and driver controls on overall car performance;Develop and manage relationships with suppliers and technical partners;Provide remote support from the factory (Operations Room) during selected or track events;Demonstrate flexibility in attendance and approach to work, based on role and project needs.Leadership, Culture & Team DevelopmentFoster teamwork by maintaining and developing strong relationships within the department and across functions;Mentor junior designers and oversee external design resources;Promote a positive team culture and encourage continuous improvement;Maintain professionalism at all times and proactively promote a positive image of the department, team, and sponsors.Experience NeededDegree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline;Extensive automotive design experience in suspension and driver controls at a senior level; Top level Motorsport and in particular Formula 1 experience highly desirable;Excellent command of English, both written and spoken; knowledge of Italian is an advantage;Strong knowledge of metallic materials and associated treatments;Solid understanding of composite materials and their manufacturing processes;Proven ability to manage tasks effectively under high-pressure conditions;Proficiency in Siemens NX CAD software preferred; equivalent experience with other CAD applications acceptable;Ability to thoroughly scope and define new tasks;Clear and concise communication skills;Demonstrated initiative and innovative thinking;Strong collaborative skills for working with internal teams, external suppliers, and technical partners.What We OfferWorking in a young, collaborative and international environment.Tailored training.Company Events / Briefings.Onsite Gym.Annual salary review process.Meal Tickets.Free additional health insurance.#J-18808-Ljbffr
