Customer Care Specialist – Adecco ItaliaJoin us as a Customer Care Specialist at Adecco S.p.A. – Cesano Maderno Branch, supporting a key dealership in the Limbiate area. This full‑time, fixed‑term position (with possibility of permanent conversion) will support customer service operations and training courses across Italy and EMEA.ResponsibilitiesManage customer requests and provide timely, professional assistance.Coordinate activities with internal departments to ensure efficient support.Perform administrative tasks related to customer service.Provide responsive and professional support to training participants and internal stakeholders.Manage order processing activities for Italian customers in SAP.Support sale, scheduling, booking, coordination and logistics of local training courses.Assist with administrative tasks across the EMEA Training Support group.Maintain and update records within the Learning Management System (LMS).Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide users through LMS navigation.Ensure accuracy and integrity of student certification documentation.Collaborate with trainers and operations teams to ensure smooth course delivery.Handle inquiries via email, phone and chat in Italian and English.QualificationsNative Italian speaker.High school diploma or equivalent.High proficiency in English (spoken and written).Proven experience in customer service or administrative support roles.Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Contract DetailsFull‑time | Fixed‑term contract with possibility of permanent position thereafter.
