(Junior) Project Manager Data Centre Construction

Responsibilities Work on Project Management Commissions supporting end-to-end service delivery for large complex projects. Act as day-to-day client interface ensuring client objectives are met and projects are delivered to time and cost targets with appropriate quality standards. Interface with the client and other consultants at all project stages. Attend project calls online and onsite meetings. Demonstrate ownership and leadership behaviours to collaborate with the wider team (GCs, Clerk of Work, H&S Officer, EoRs, CxA) to align all parties for project completion within approved time, quality, cost and H&S targets. Identify potential risks and propose risk mitigation strategies to PMO, managing them throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare minutes of meetings and reports. Visit construction sites to monitor and review the progress of works and quality of construction. Qualifications University degree in Construction Management or Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Minimum of 4 years experience in construction project management. Proven track record of delivering project management services across the full project lifecycle, ideally within sectors such as Logistics, Data Centers, Manufacturing, Industrial or other complex asset types. Willingness and flexibility to travel to construction sites up to 4 days per week. Business-level proficiency in English and Italian. Additional Information Our people share our Purpose and Values.
