We trust in the synergy of our talents to think, create and develop solutions for the world in which they would like to live, that's now the time for you to join us THE ACTIVITIES The candidate will be part of the ASP division product engineering team based in Agrate Brianza (MB) focused on the development of high-volume mixed signal devices with the aim to bring new devices from their early conceptual stage to the mass production phase. The main tasks of this position are: Review and define together with the design team the best DFT (Design for Testability) strategy and the best DFM (Design for Manufacturability) strategy for the new devices to achieve both the expected test coverage target and the expected test time target Design, develop, debug, and validate the ATE (Automatic Test Equipment) HW interfaces and the ATE test programs for the new devices, implementing the defined test coverage level Debug, validate and characterize the new products with the ATE, analyzing and reporting the ATE test results to the ST teams and the ST customers to assess the maturity level of the new device vs. the defined targets ATE Test program optimization
