Contesto Per importante azienda che opera nel settore energetico, Inclusyon ricerca un/una Procurement Manager - Categorie protette Legge 68/99 . Ruolo Identificazione di una pluralità di fornitori adatti a soddisfare le necessità di cui alle richieste di acquisto pervenute dal team ovvero adatti all’esecuzione delle attività principali del Gruppo. Supporto nel processo di selezione di fornitori nuovi e/o esistenti secondo i processi di volta in volta applicabili, nel rispetto dei criteri di qualifica e secondo le policy adottate da Genera relative agli acquisti. Aggiornamento delle schede di qualifica dei fornitori e del registro fornitori, rinnovo delle qualifiche e archiviazione della relativa documentazione. Ottimizzazione del parco fornitori anche tramite la strutturazione di accordi quadro di fornitura. Identificazione delle migliori strategie di sourcing. Negoziazione dei contratti di acquisto di beni, servizi di qualsiasi natura e/o commodities, coordinandosi opportunamente con il team coinvolto (ufficio legale, ufficio tecnico, BD, etc) al fine di assicurare le migliori condizioni di mercato. Strutturazione di gare di fornitura, ivi inclusa la predisposizione dei requisiti di gara e dei criteri di aggiudicazione, la predisposizione di tabelle di comparazione delle offerte ricevute, etc. Scelta o supporto alla scelta del fornitore prescelto ad esito di una gara competitiva. Strutturazione ed archiviazione documentale inerente l’attività di procurement secondo le policy di gruppo. Predisposizione di report trimestrali relativi all’attività di procurement (volumi acquisiti, nuovi fornitori, savings raggiunti Vs budget, etc). Supporto nella negoziazione di contratti quadro con partner identificati per lo sviluppo commerciale. Aggiornamento sulla normativa di settore che possa avere un impatto sulla propria attività. Coordinamento con area AFC e Project Management per allocazione accruals/actuals e per eventuali interazioni con i fornitori attivi su segnalazione del Project Manager/richiedente acquisto (ri-negoziazioni, etc). Requisiti primari Titolo di laurea. Esperienza professionale nel ruolo. Ottime capacità di leadership. Ottime capacità di orientamento all'obiettivo. Requisiti secondari Preferibile provenienza da E.S.Co. Informazioni aggiuntive Sede di lavoro: Roma (RM). Inquadramento contrattuale (Full-time): Commisurato all'esperienza.
