The Role As an IT Strategy Consultant, you will take on a ground‑floor opportunity and deliver value to customers by applying domain, technology, and industry expertise and consulting techniques. You will work on large, fast‑track infrastructure projects and play a lead role in strategic decision‑making, defining sourcing strategies, and selecting providers that align with our customers’ IT and automation strategies. You will guide customers in adopting both cloud and non‑cloud technologies, advise on options, prioritize use cases, conduct ROI and business‑case analyses, and incorporate security and resiliency into future‑state designs. You will eventually become a trusted consultant, manage multiple technical components, develop intellectual property, lead teams of consultants and architects, and capture lessons learned to improve methodologies. Who You Are – Required Skills and ExperienceConsulting methodologies and approach Knowledge of major cloud technologies (virtualization, containers, networking, etc.) across multiple cloud platforms Experience in at least three domains such as cloud computing, IT strategy, infrastructure, enterprise architecture, solution architecture, automation, data management, AI/ML, IoT, or cloud governance models Data modeling and analytical experience using tools such as Excel or Tableau Strong communication and presentation skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences Issue‑based analysis skills to develop structured conclusions, recommendations, and roadmaps Knowledge of IT operating models and process frameworks Ability to lead/facilitate workshops and interviews with excellent presentation skills Understanding of DevSecOps, Agile, and Scrum constructs to identify inefficiencies and optimize IT or cloud implementationsPreferred Skills and ExperienceConsulting experience with a Big‑4 IT professional services firm or similar background focused on IT strategy enablement Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Experience in IT and/or cloud technology architecture, service management, or resiliency ITSM and ITIL or COBIT certification Hyperscaler certification (AWS, Azure, GCP) Business‑case skills, ROI, and TCO analysis for validating IT strategy Experience leading workshops and interviews for discovery and assessment engagementsDiversity and Inclusion We welcome people of all cultures, backgrounds, and experiences.
