Radar Consulting Italia, per conto di nota azienda alimentare, leader a livello mondiale, un Junior Brand Manager per un'esperienza di stage.Avrai l'opportunità di far parte di un team dinamico, ottenendo una visione completa su tutti i dipartimenti aziendali e contribuendo attivamente al raggiungimento degli obiettivi del team.Le Tue Responsabilità Principali Collaborerai con diversi dipartimenti (Vendite, Trade Marketing & Category, Marketing e Supply Chain) per sviluppare le tue capacità analitiche e comprendere le dinamiche competitive del mercato dei prodotti lattiero-caseari freschi.Nel dettaglio, sarai coinvolto nelle seguenti attività :Analisi Critica: Analisi approfondita per comprendere il comportamento dei consumatori e dei competitor.Analisi Dati: Analisi dei trend di vendita e di mercato (utilizzando database Nielsen e IRI).Gestione Brand: Supporto all'implementazione dei piani di brand management, inclusa la comunicazione e le attività di packaging.Relazioni Esterne: Gestione delle relazioni con agenzie creative e stakeholder esterni.Supporto Amministrativo: Contributo alla gestione del budget.Profilo idealeFormazione: Laurea magistrale in Economia, Marketing, Ingegneria Gestionale o titoli affini.Capacità di problem solving e mentalità imprenditoriale.Approccio al lavoro strutturato e analitico.Spiccate capacità relazionali e flessibilità.Ottima conoscenza di Excel e PowerPoint.Ottima padronanza della lingua inglese (Fluency).E' previsto uno stage extracurriculare con rimborso spese.#J-18808-Ljbffr
