Electronic Engineer – RINA Location: Campi Bisenzio (Prato), Italy – Aerospace & Defence DivisionMission RINA Consulting is hiring an Experienced Electronics Engineer with a strong background in the design, development, and testing of electronic systems and automated test equipment.Key Accountabilities Skilled in both hardware and software integration, with expertise in RF technologies, programming languages, and engineering methodologies. Proven ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and contribute to cost‑effective manufacturing solutions through concurrent engineering.EducationBachelor’s Degree in Electrical EngineeringMaster’s Degree in ElectronicsQualificationsPCB design, electronic circuit analysis (analog and digital) for test equipment development, datasheet interpretation and configurationMicrocontroller and SOM (FPGA) development environments; HW/SW integration on ATE/STTE stations, Boundary Scan methodology (JTAG) and automated test developmentRF systems: amplifiers, transmitters, receivers (UHF, VHF, K/Ka), RF measurement instruments; knowledge of analog and digital modulations (AM/FM, FSK, PSK)Avionic, military, and civil interfaces (ARINC429, MIL-STD-1553B, RS232, RS422)Network protocols (TCP-IP, UDP) and monitoring toolsLaboratory instrumentation (oscilloscope, tester)CompetenciesMake effective decisions – structure activities according to priorities, actions, resources and constraintsManage emotions – recognise one's and other's emotions and express and regulate one's reactionsClient intimacy – embrace internal and external client needs, expectations, and requirements to ensure maximum satisfactionThink forward – capitalize on experiences and translate them into action plans for the futureBuild network – forge trust relationships across departments and outside the organizationRINA is a multinational company providing a wide range of services in the energy, marine, certification, infrastructure & mobility, industry, research & development sectors.
