Overview Head of PMO based in Piacenza, reporting directly to the CFO of the Italy platform. Main activities include team management (Getec personnel and external PMO consultants), local road map definition and management, SAP implementation project management for Italian legal entities, alignment with Group functions (PMO, IT, Post Merger Integration).Responsibilities Team management of Getec personnel (2 FTE) and external PMO consultants (4 FTE).Collect department / team needs and requests; ensure projects are aligned to short- and long-term business goals and properly prioritized.Manage dependencies between projects and day-to-day activities.Direct projects through all phases from kick-off to monitoring / closing, including project documents and meetings scheduling.Monthly reporting and maintenance of an efficient project governance framework.SAP implementation project management for all Italian legal entities.Align with Group functions such as PMO, IT, and Post Merger Integration.Qualifications Hard SkillsUniversity degree in Economics & Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience.10 years of working experience, of which +5 years as a Project / Program manager.Preferred at least 5 years of working experience in consulting firms in project manager roles.Soft SkillsStrong analytical skills to assess situations and identify effective solutions.Project management abilities to plan, coordinate, and deliver tasks on time.Leadership skills to guide, motivate, and support team members.Clear and effective communication to interact with colleagues and stakeholders; organizational skills to manage priorities and meet deadlines efficiently.Problem-solving skills to handle challenges with practical and creative approaches.Location Gragnano Trebbiense (Piacenza) with commuting to other Group offices, notably Assago and Alessandria.What We Offer An inspiring environment where resources can pursue their aspirations and develop technical skills through training, cutting-edge projects, and on-the-job experiences.Exposure to a growing energy sector focused on efficiency, sustainability, and technological innovation.Opportunities to experience a dynamic company culture attentive to people, health, and wellbeing through 360-degree welfare and wellbeing initiatives.We value diversity and welcome all applications regardless of gender, nationality, ethnic / social origin, religion, disability, age, sexual orientation, or gender identity.
