Lo/la stagista avrà l’opportunità di acquisire esperienza nei processi di monitoraggio e reporting della formazione del personale. Nello specifico il supporto consisterà nelle seguenti attività:monitoraggio dei KPI di fruizione dei corsi di formazione e produzione della reportistica collegata (ad esempio tasso di completamento, utilizzo budget); produzione di documenti di sintesi indirizzati ai principali stakeholder interni e a auditor esterni (ad esempio report trimestrali direzionali); controllo data quality dell’anagrafica corsi su piattaforma LMS (ad esempio controllo completezza e coerenza dati inseriti, tracciatura partecipazioni ai corsi); coordinamento di fornitori e partner esterni nelle fasi contrattuali e amministrative (ad esempio controllo ex ante dei contratti di concerto con le altre strutture aziendali coinvolte – Legal, DPO, IT). Requisiti:Laurea in discipline economiche. Precisione, attenzione ai dettagli e capacità di lavorare in un contesto dinamico e giovane. Ottime capacità relazionali e comunicative. Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office (in particolare Excel e Power Point) e capacità analitiche. Buona conoscenza dell’inglese. Disponibilità da Febbraio 2026.
