Graphic Designer

M&C Saatchi Milan is looking for a Graphic Designer with strong visual craft, a refined eye for detail and a passion for high-quality design to join our integrated design team. This role is ideal for a designer with agency experience and a portfolio that demonstrates thoughtful, well‑crafted work across brand, OOH and digital touchpoints.About The RoleYou’ll focus on the design details that define great work — typography, grid, layout, colour and composition — bringing clarity, consistency and craft to every output. Working closely with creatives and fellow designers in our Milan studio, you’ll help develop and execute visual systems that translate seamlessly across formats, channels and platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and execute high-quality graphic work across all channelsDevelop and apply visual systems that ensure consistency and craft across integrated campaignsCreate typography‑led layouts and refined compositions that elevate brand expressionTake initial creative direction and translate it into polished, production‑ready designCollaborate with creatives, designers and strategists to deliver work that is both visually strong and on‑briefPrepare final artwork to a high production standard, ensuring accuracy and attention to detailSupport new business pitches with well‑designed decks and visual assetsAbout YouWhat you’ll bringProven experience as a Graphic Designer within a creative or design agencyA strong portfolio demonstrating excellent typography, layout, colour and visual hierarchySolid experience designing for OOH and multi‑format campaignsAdvanced skills in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop (After Effects and Figma experience is a plus)A clear understanding of production requirements and best practices across print and digitalThe ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining a high level of craft and consistencyA collaborative, detail‑focused mindset with a desire to learn, share and improveCuriosity around using AI as part of the design process — as a tool to explore visual directions, speed up experimentation and support creative development, rather than replace craftApplications will close on February 6, 2026.ABOUT M+C SAATCHI GROUPWe are a creative solutions company deeply rooted in the diversity of European culture.
