In this role you will lead end-to-end delivery and transformation of large-scale Managed Services across Infrastructure, Cloud, and Enterprise Applications. You’ll manage cross-regional delivery teams, multi-million-dollar portfolios, and partner with executives to drive outcomes through automation and operational maturity. You will shape digital transformation initiatives, governance, and continuous service improvement in a dynamic, global environment. This is a hands-on leadership role at a company delivering resilient data-enabled solutions with real-world impact.

Responsabilità Delivery leadership for Managed Services programs and portfolios
Customer and executive engagement and governance
Financial and commercial management of multi-million-dollar contracts
Digital transformation, innovation, and continuous service improvement
Leadership development of global delivery teams across regions
Pre-sales solutioning and shaping proposals
Risk, governance and compliance oversight
Requisiti fondamentali 15–20 years of progressive enterprise IT/Managed Services experience
Minimum 8 years leading global delivery organizations or large portfolios
Proven track record managing enterprise customers with multi-million-dollar annual contracts
Experience delivering across multinational / multi-region environments
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT or related field; master's preferred
strong stakeholder management

Enterprise infrastructure: Windows, Linux, VMware, storage, networking
