Siamo alla ricerca di un un/una Test Manager che diventi il punto di riferimento per tutti i progetti di testing dei nostri software, una persona che abbia già avuto esperienza nella gestione di team di almeno 3-4 persone e che parli fluentemente inglese. Il candidato ideale entrerà a far parte di una realtà in forte espansione all’interno del nostro headquarter europeo in zona Tor Vergata e avrà esposizione internazionale per i progetti chiave che abbiamo in pipeline. Il tuo impatto: Nel tuo ruolo sarai il motore della qualità software, con responsabilità chiave su: Strategia e pianificazione dei test: Definirai piani di test solidi ed efficaci, partendo dai requisiti fino alla scelta delle metodologie e degli strumenti più adatti. Esecuzione e coordinamento: Lavorerai a stretto contatto con sviluppatori, business analyst e stakeholder per garantire rilasci puntuali e di qualità. Gestione dei difetti: Sarai responsabile dell’intero ciclo di vita dei bug, assicurando una comunicazione fluida e una rapida risoluzione. Comunicazione e reporting: Condividerai in modo chiaro avanzamenti, rischi e risultati, diventando un punto di riferimento per il progetto. Innovazione continua: Promuoverai best practice, nuove metodologie e strumenti di test, mantenendo il team sempre aggiornato. Requisiti chiave: Laurea preferibilmente in ingegneria (informatica, elettronica, biomedica, TLC, automazione) o assimilabili. Esperienza di almeno 2 anni nella gestione di risorse. Buona conoscenza di Java, Python o C#. Capacità di lavorare con database SQL e NoSQL. Esperienza con strumenti di test come Ranorex (plus), Selenium, JMeter, Postman, Appium, TestRail, Jenkins, Git. Familiarità con Agile, DevOps e CI/CD (Scrum è un plus) Conoscenza di Windows, Linux e RTOS Plus: SCADA, PLC, scripting, virtualizzazione. Certificazione ISTQB. Si offre contratto a tempo indeterminato con pacchetto commisurato all’esperienza.
