Supports ACE team leader to ensure compliance with Group and local accounting principles as well as SOX requirements. Acts as a finance point of reference for CNH business functions as well as other departments.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for monthly and yearly closing process in line with policy and deadlinesResponsible for accounting reconciliations and SOX or audit requirementsSupport Ace Team Leader to ensure financial reporting integrity and compliance according to local regulatory and tax requirementsSupport Ace Team Leader to promote continuous process optimization, managing process change procedure in case of optimization opportunitiesSupport relevant business controllers on local accounting matters and in policy applicationExperience RequiredEducationBachelor’s Degree in Accounting or EconomicsTechnical ExperienceMinimum 3-5 years of finance and / or accounting management experience in a financial reporting/General Ledger environmentStrong knowledge of local regulatory and accounting reporting standards and procedures (IFRS, France GAAP and US GAAP), knowledge of local fiscal accountingStrong knowledge of financial reporting practicesKnowledge of SOX principles and internal control procedures/managementStrong PC skills and proficiency with spreadsheet programs (e.g. SAP and Microsoft Office such as Excel, PowerPoint, Access)Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presenting and explaining financial reports to all levels within the organization including top management.What We OfferWe offer dynamic career opportunities across an international landscape.
