Lead Auditor

RINA is currently recruiting for a Lead Auditor - Aerospace Scheme  to join its office in Bologna, Italy within the Mediterranean & Africa Certification  Division. Mission The role focuses on planning, execution, and management of audits within our certification business, leading large and complex customer engagements, ensuring effective audit processes, compliance with standards, and fostering strong client relationships. Key Accountabilities #LI-MC1 Conducting third-party audits in accordance with the aerospace scheme, ensuring compliance with EN9100: 2018 standards. Taking charge of the management and oversight of a comprehensive three-year programme of Client Organizations certified under the EN9100 framework, ensuring adherence to all relevant guidelines and regulations. Collaborating with internal stakeholders to review and enhance audit processes, leveraging best practices to improve efficiencies. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific needs and expectations to provide tailored solutions. Preparing detailed reports following audits, outlining findings and areas for improvement, and presenting these findings to both clients and internal teams. Staying up-to-date with industry trends, changes in regulations, and advancements in audit processes to ensure the organisation remains at the forefront of aerospace certification.
