La risorsa supporterà il team nelle attività di gestione ordini, documentazione per spedizioni, coordinamento con corrieri e attività post-vendita.Responsabilità principali: Inserimento e monitoraggio ordini a sistema Preparazione documentazione per spedizioni (bolle, packing list, fatture) Gestione richieste di ritiro merce ai corrieri Supporto post-vendita (reclami, errori di spedizione, qualità prodotto) Coordinamento spedizioni e materiali per testing/certificazioni Supporto ai team Logistica e Magazzino per verifiche giacenzeRequisiti: Laurea Triennale in Materie Economiche (o similari) Esperienza, anche breve, in ruolo analoghi Conoscenza MS Office, SAP, Power BI, AS400 Conoscenze doganali e amministrative (IVA, Incoterms, lettere di credito) Inglese fluente Precisione, attenzione al dettaglio e buone capacità relazionaliOfferta: Inserimento in azienda a tempo indeterminato Luogo di lavoro: vicinanze di Borgosesia (VC)
