Our client is an international multinational company operating in the industrial sector. Overview The Finance Manager will lead financial strategy, operational efficiency, and business performance within a dynamic and growing environment. The Finance Manager will play a strategic role supporting General Management and driving financial governance for the business unit. Main ResponsibilitiesCo-manage P&L objectives together with General Management Ensure accounting accuracy and timely closing processes Lead financial analysis, performance management, pricing, and working capital Implement tools and systems (ERP, Power BI) to support reporting, forecasting, and decision-making Identify and drive operational improvements within the finance area Coordinate and develop finance teams and plant controllersRequirementsDegree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related disciplines More than 7 years of financial leadership experience in industrial and manufacturing environments Experience in full P&L management Strong skills in financial modeling, margin analysis, and business performance Knowledge of ERP and Power BI Knowledge of US GAAPSeniority Level Mid-Senior level Employment Type Full-time Job Function Finance and Accounting/Auditing Industries Industrial Machinery Manufacturing and Manufacturing Location Zola Predosa, Emilia-Romagna, Italy #J-18808-Ljbffr
