La posizione ha la responsabilità complessiva della manutenzione dell’edificio, delle aree esterne e degli impianti fisici, con particolare attenzione alla sicurezza, alla protezione e alla tutela degli asset. È responsabile della gestione del budget, dei progetti di investimento (CAPEX), della manutenzione preventiva e del risparmio energetico. È responsabile del mantenimento degli standard e del rispetto dei requisiti normativi. Coordina il team di risposta alle emergenze per tutte le problematiche legate alle strutture. Gestione delle operazioni di ingegneria e dei budget Mantenimento degli standard di ingegneria Gestione della redditività Gestione delle risorse umane (6 persone da gestire) Diploma di scuola superiore, con 6 anni di esperienza nel settore dell’ingegneria e manutenzione o in un’area professionale correlata; formazione tecnica in HVAC-R Elettrico / Idraulico. Laurea Triennale in Edilizia e Costruzioni, Ingegneria, Meccanica o discipline affini, con 4 anni di esperienza nel settore dell’ingegneria e manutenzione o in un’area correlata; formazione tecnica in HVAC-R / Elettrico / Idraulico. Conoscenza della lingua inglese, con livello almeno B2. Esperienza nel ruolo per strutture quali: strutture alberghiere, strutture ospedaliere, case di cura, retail, grandi uffici.#J-18808-Ljbffr
