We believe in humans. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Intern – SEM Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing and optimizing online marketing campaigns, focusing on Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Display and YouTube Advertising. This role involves managing Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns on major search engines like Google and Microsoft. Key tasks include developing and testing new keywords, analyzing click-through rates (CTR), conversions, Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and monitoring competitor activity. The intern will also handle increasingly complex tasks such as managing multilingual campaigns and ensuring the frequent updates of creative assets and ad copy. Responsibilities Manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising platforms. Utilize tracking and marketing automation tools as needed (e.g., GTM, Zapier, Hubspot). Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and third-party partners. Execute projects and meet deadlines reliably within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Monitor key performance indicators (CTR, CPC, conversions, ROAS) and continuously optimize campaigns for maximum effectiveness. Requirements Practical experience or strong interest in managing Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising campaigns. Analytical skills to interpret data, track campaign performance, and derive actionable insights. Basic knowledge of web analytics and tracking tools, such as GA4 and Google Tag Manager. Basic knowledge of core digital marketing principles, including SEO, content creation, social media management, and email marketing. Good written and verbal communication skills; Fluent English is required, and additional languages are a plus. Preferred Qualifications A hands-on, detail-oriented individual with a strong passion for digital marketing and an eagerness to learn and adapt to evolving trends. Attentiveness to numbers and a strong analytical mindset. Excellent time management, proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
