Customer Care Specialist - categorie protette Legge 68/99 (He/She/They)Inclusyon è la società di ricerca e selezione specializzata nel recruiting di personale qualificato appartenente alle categorie protette.Il ContestoPer importante azienda food‑tech italiana, Inclusyon ricerca un/a Customer Care Specialist - categorie protette Legge 68/99.Il RuoloGestione delle richieste dei clienti via telefono, email, chat o piattaforme CRM, fornendo informazioni chiare e tempestive su prodotti, servizi, ordini e politiche aziendali.Risolvere problemi e segnalazioni con approccio problem‑solving e customer‑centric.Gestire rimborsi, sostituzioni e reclami, coordinandosi con i reparti logistica, amministrazione e commerciale per la gestione delle pratiche.Monitorare l’avanzamento degli ordini e delle consegne.Collaborare con il team marketing, acquisti e operation per allineare i messaggi e migliorare i touchpoint, fornendo insight e feedback della clientela per migliorare prodotti e processi, contribuendo al raggiungimento della più alta customer satisfaction e retention della clientela.Job RequirementsRequisiti primari:Diploma o Laurea in Scienze della Comunicazione, Marketing, Economia o campi affini.Esperienza pregressa maturata in contesti B2C e B2B commerciali.Disponibilità a lavorare su due turni nel weekend e un giorno in settimana.Buona conoscenza dei principali strumenti informatici (Excel, Google Sheet).Empatia e orientamento al/alla cliente.Eccellente capacità di ascolto attivo e comunicazione efficace.Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana.Requisiti Secondari:Preferibile conoscenza e uso pregresso della piattaforma Zendesk.Problem solving.Ottima autonomia e proattività.Team working.Other InfoSede di lavoro: Cassina de' Pecchi (MI).
