Overview
In this role you drive continuous improvement within the department to deliver high-quality products through lean processes. You will collaborate with operations, planning, quality and other teams to identify and remove waste, implement standard work, and advance a culture of daily improvement. You’ll shape the CPI program, lead kaizen events, and mentor cross-functional teams to achieve measurable impact. This position offers hands-on influence on value streams and enterprise-level lean initiatives within a matrix structure.
Responsabilità Develop and maintain the lean transformation plan and value stream maps
Lead and coordinate kaizen events and lean projects to execute the transformation plan
Coach teams to foster a continuous improvement culture and daily improvement mindset
Establish and maintain standard work, 5S, and visual management across shop floor and office areas
Drive flow, pull, and material management including supermarket cell design and takt time considerations
Support enterprise-level value stream management including customer interfacing and new product development areas
Prepare lean assessments and develop improvement plans; conduct process reviews and establish standardized procedures
Provide lean status reports and track true savings across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Inventory
Manage CPI-related budgets and ensure ROI for improvement projects
Support annual strategy deployment plans with CPI Manager and Operations
Deliver lean training and coaching across the organization
Facilitate Operational Excellence programs and drive timely improvements
Requisiti fondamentali Bachelor in Engineering with 5–8 years of related experience
Green belt or above certification
Proficiency with Lean tools (Poke Yoke, SMED, Standard Work, Kanban/Pull, TPM, Kaizen, 5S, Visual Management, Value Stream Mapping, Continuous Flow/Cell Design, Hoshin Kanri, Jidoka, 3P)
Ability to train and educate all levels of the organization
Strong decision-making and interpersonal skills
Experience leading cross-department projects and managing multiple priorities
Knowledge of quality systems and environmental concepts
Proficient in presenting technical information verbally and in writing
