A Floor Supervisor is responsible for supervising room attendants to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while monitoring housekeeping standards and assisting the Head Housekeeper.What will I be doing?Supervise Room AttendantsDaily allocation of rooms and deep cleaning tasks to team membersManage guest requests, including VIP amenities and communicating them to the relevant team membersRoutine inspection of guest bedrooms to ensure they meet standardsAchieve positive outcomes from guest queries in a timely and efficient mannerCarry out lost property proceduresReport maintenance issues to Maintenance/Engineering DepartmentAssist Head Housekeeper with training requirementsComply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislationAssist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationshipsWhat are we looking for?Committed to delivering a high level of customer serviceExperience in managing/supervising a team in a similar roleExperience in the hotel/cleaning industryGood oral and written communicationPrevious experience in Hosting Service (Governance)High standards of cleanlinessGood interpersonal skillsAbility to work on their own or in teamsAdditional AdvantagesAbility to work in a teamExcellent attention to detailPositive AttitudeIT proficientWillingness to develop team members and selfWhat will it be like to work for Hilton?Hilton is the leading global hospitality company, spanning the lodging sector from luxurious full-service hotels and resorts to extended-stay suites and mid-priced hotels.
