Then read on We are currently seeking a Senior Tender Specialist who will be responsible for preparing and submitting tender/contract responses, including all related documents and sub‑processes, on behalf of Beckman Coulter Life Sciences in line with the commercial strategy, ensuring they are submitted on time. In This Role, You Will Be Responsible ForAnalysis and study of tenders, evaluation of the requirements, drafting and preparation of administrative and technical documentation in collaboration with the corporate staff administration, preparation of the economic envelope with support of the sales department, monitoring of the tender submission process (formatting, completeness, consistency, and compliance), and management of overall contract tender agreements (terms and conditions, compliance, integrity) Management of the electronic archiving of documents in compliance with the established criteria and drafting of reports Support and collaboration with different departments in the Beckman Coulter Life Science Commercial organization and contribution to the achievement of its yearly sales targetsThe Required Qualifications For The Job IncludeMinimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the diagnostic or chemical/pharmaceutical sector, with an excellent knowledge of Italian public procurement law. Good spoken and written English Advanced knowledge of the office package, specifically advanced knowledge of MS OfficeJoin our winning team today.
