TXT e-Tech, part of TXT Group, is seeking a talented and passionate React and React Native Developer with at least two years of prior experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-end development, with a focus on building user-friendly and high-performance applications for both web and mobile platforms.Main responsibilities:Develop and maintain robust and scalable web and mobile applications using React and React Native; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features;Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability; Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code;Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members;Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring a seamless user experience;Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.Required skills:Experience as a React and React Native Developer, with a strong portfolio of successful projects;Proficient in JavaScript, including ES6+ syntax; Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and related web technologies;Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX);Familiarity with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries;Experience with TypeScript;Knowledge of NextJS;Knowledge of modern front-end build pipelines and tools.Nice to have:Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices;Knowledge of ShadCN; Experience with unit testing and end-to-end testing frameworks;Understanding of Agile methodologies.Why choose TXT Group: Career opportunities in a fast-growing and profoundly changing company, with young and international staff; Training on topics related to the activity carried out; Corporate Benefits (health insurance, welfare, Ticket Restaurant, discounts as an employee of the group); Team Building moments that allow the creation of a cohesive team and a good working climate; Permanent contract, based on the technical skills emerged from the interview;Hybrid working mode.Position is open to all applicants regardless of gender, in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree 198/2006.
