Through distributors and agencies, Stilmas has a very strong presence worldwide, and has continued to increase that presence by opening offices directly in countries like China, Russia and the United States.Stiamo cercando un Field Service Engineer – Impianti per il Settore FarmaceuticoPer il potenziamento del nostro team Service, siamo alla ricerca di un/una Field Service Engineer che opererà su impianti destinati all’industria farmaceutica, in contesti altamente regolamentati e tecnologicamente avanzati.Il ruoloLa risorsa si occuperà di attività di commissioning, avviamento, collaudo e manutenzione degli impianti presso clienti nazionali e internazionali, collaborando attivamente con i team di Ingegneria, Qualità e Project Management.Responsabilità principali- Commissioning e avviamento di impianti farmaceutici presso il cliente- Collaudo funzionale e supporto alle attività di qualifica e validazione (IQ/OQ/PQ)- Manutenzione ordinaria, straordinaria e preventiva- Diagnosi e risoluzione guasti su sistemi meccanici, elettrici e di automazione- Operatività nel rispetto delle normative GMP, delle procedure di qualità e sicurezza- Redazione di report di intervento e documentazione tecnica- Assistenza tecnica on-site e da remoto- Supporto a upgrade, modifiche impiantistiche e revamping- Formazione del personale del cliente sull’utilizzo e la manutenzione degli impiantiRequisiti- Diploma tecnico o Laurea in Ingegneria (Meccanica, Elettrica, Meccatronica, Automazione o affini)- Esperienza come Field Service Engineer o in attività di commissioning/manutenzione industriale- Preferibile esperienza in settori regolamentati (farmaceutico, chimico, biotech, medicale)- Capacità di lettura di schemi P&ID, elettrici e meccanici- Disponibilità a frequenti trasferte- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese- Patente B⚙ Competenze tecniche preferenziali- Impianti di processo farmaceutico (clean utilities, skid di processo, linee di produzione)- PLC, HMI e sistemi di supervisione (SCADA)- Conoscenza di GMP, GAMP 5 e Data Integrity- Strumentazione di processo e sensoristica- Operatività in clean room e ambienti controllatiCompetenze personali- Elevata attenzione alla qualità e alla documentazione- Autonomia e problem solving- Forte orientamento al cliente- Buone capacità comunicative e relazionali- Flessibilità operativa-Cosa offriamo- Inserimento in un’azienda specializzata nel settore farmaceutico- Formazione continua su tecnologie e normative di settore- Retribuzione commisurata all’esperienza- Indennità di trasferta e benefit aziendali- Ambiente tecnico altamente qualificato e stimolante
