Role overview Stiamo ricercando un Network Operations Engineer con esperienza nella configurazione, gestione e supporto operativo di infrastrutture di rete complesse focalizzato sulle attività di day-by-day operations, implementazione di change e troubleshooting, con una buona esperienza sui dispositivi HPE/Aruba e la capacità di operare in ambienti critici. The tasks will include (but not limited to): Configurazione e Deployment: Essere il punto di riferimento per la configurazione e l'implementazione di soluzioni di routing e switching, con una competenza specifica su dispositivi HPE/Aruba (es. Gestione delle Change: Organizzare e implementare le modifiche (change) sulle infrastrutture di rete, garantendo che ogni intervento mantenga un'attenzione particolare alla business continuity. Service Now, Freshdesk, o altri). Supporto e Troubleshooting: Fornire supporto tecnico di alto livello contribuendo al troubleshooting e all'aumento delle capacità analitiche in contesti critici. Implementazione Soluzioni: Lavorare sull'installazione, configurazione e fixing di diversi prodotti, inclusi: Sistemi WiFi di Aruba Network. Soluzioni NAC (Network Access Control) come FreeRadius, ClearPass, NPS (o simili). Implementazione di soluzioni SD-WAN Ambienti Critici: Operare in contesti che richiedono un'ottima gestione del tempo e delle emergenze sotto pressione , come nel settore marittimo o in progetti internazionali. Required skills and attributes Almeno 4-5 anni di esperienza come Network o ICT Consultant/Engineer. Competenza essenziale nella configurazione e gestione operativa di switching e routing su piattaforme HPE/Aruba (es. ServiceNow, Freshdesk) per richieste e follow-up. VMware Esxi) e dei dispositivi di rete presenti in server farm o datacenter. Capacità di analizzare packet captures e conoscenza di base di scripting Python per l'analisi o l'integrazione di sistemi di rete è un plus. Certificazioni di settore come Cisco CCNA e/o certificazioni HPE/Aruba sono un vantaggio. Disponibilità a viaggiare in Italia e a livello internazionale per progetti on-site.
