Team Description The RBS group in Beijing is an integral part of Amazon online product lifecycle and buying operations. The team is designed to ensure Amazon remains competitive in the online retail space with the best price, wide selection and good product information. The team's primary role is to create and enhance retail selection on the worldwide Amazon online catalog. The tasks handled by this group have a direct impact on customer buying decisions and online user experience. Key Job Responsibilities RBS team is looking for a Program Manager, who will establish the management framework of Deal/Merchandising, establish new tasks to drive business growth and reduce cost. Key Performance AreasProgram plan and delivery management independently in a dynamic environment Influence stakeholders and drive alignment on program priorities, goals and roadmap Identify new opportunities to initiate sub-programs Influence upstream teams' priorities and roadmapMake trade-off decisions and understand when and how to elevate appropriately Develop solutions and lead implementation Advocate and practitioner of using technology to solve business problem.
