They must be highly goal-oriented and have strong problem-solving abilities and they must be enthusiastic and strongly career-oriented. Come As You Are - Your Skills and Characteristics A master's degree in engineering subjects (biomedical/engineering management), business (business/healthcare economics) or pharmaceutical subjects (chemistry and pharmaceutical technologies/pharmaceutical biotechnologies) with excellent results. An aptitude for quantitative approaches and a mastery of data analysis tools (advanced use of Excel, database management, etc.). Excellent knowledge of English, preferably with study and/or work experience abroad. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
