Group Leadership Training Specialist - Maternity Cover Join to apply for the Group Leadership Training Specialist - Maternity Cover role at Generali. Within the Chief People & Organization Office function, we are looking for a talented and proactive resource to join the Group Leadership Training team, to support the design and delivery of learning and development programs for people managers of the Group, in alignment with Generali People Strategy. Key Responsibilities:Actively participating in brainstorming sessions to define program content, formats, and learning methodologies, ensuring alignment with strategic objective sSupporting the involvement of internal stakeholders and contribute to the coordination of our international network of external partners, monitoring interactions and outcome sPreparing presentations, reports, and supporting materials, ensuring clarity, consistency, and data-driven insight sExploring and applying innovative AI tools to support program design, content personalization, and continuous improvement of leadership and talent initiativeRequirementss:Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics or any related fie ldAt least 6 months of working experien ceExcellent use of MS Office packa geExcellent EngliSoft Skillsls:Good communication ski llsStakeholder management and influencing ski llsStrategic think ingHands-on execution and project management capabilitCompany Profile Generali Group Head Office is the guiding unit of the Generali Group, one of the largest global insurance and asset management providers.
