Sales & Business Impact
 Guide guests through their photo journey and purchase experience.
 Promote photo products and maximize sales opportunities.
 Contribute to onboard revenue targets through exceptional service.
Photography Operations
 Set up and manage photo locations across the ship.
 Ensure photography equipment is always ready and operational.
 Support embarkation activities and key onboard events.
Teamwork & Professionalism
 Collaborate with colleagues to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
 Promote a safe, professional and compliant work environment.

WHO YOU ARE
Required:
 Secondary school diploma
 Previous experience in photography, ideally in dynamic or guest-facing environments
 Basic knowledge of photo equipment and strong motivation to learn and improve your technical skills
 Confidence in interacting with Guests and creating positive, engaging experiences
 English level B1 or higher
 Fluency in an additional language among Italian, German, French, or Spanish.
 Team spirit, flexibility and the ability to adapt quickly
 Organized mindset and attention to detail
 Customer-focused and relationship-driven, with a natural ability to build trust and create memorable experiences
 Results-oriented and resilient, motivated to achieve ambitious goals
 Curious, positive and collaborative, comfortable working across departments with a proactive attitude
Nice to have:
 Previous experience in sales
 Previous experience in fast paced environments
