Job Description We are seeking a BIM Specialist specializing in linear transport infrastructure to join our technical team dedicated to public works projects in Italy. The Candidate will join the Building & Places Team, which provides services on large-scale real estate and civil engineering projects. Our teams work on complex real estate projects, pulling the right resources across the company to support project needs. Main Responsibilities: Development and management of BIM models for transport infrastructure (roads, railways, subways). Support design teams in implementing digital processes. Collaboration with engineers, architects, and other specialists to ensure model quality and consistency. Management of information flows and control of digital technical documentation. Support in defining internal BIM guidelines and procedures. Qualifications Master's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or similar. 2-4 years of experience in BIM design and modeling, with a focus on linear transport infrastructure. Fluent in Italian and English. Excellent knowledge of major BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Civil 3D, Revit, Navisworks, or equivalent). Familiarity with BIM regulations and standards for public works in Italy. Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and problem-solving skills. Plus: BIM certifications (UNI 11337-7 or equivalent). Experience with complex public procurement.
