Join us in making history at Amazon Fresh.Key Job ResponsibilitiesLeading the end‑to‑end development and implantation of learning programs that drive operational excellence across multiple grocery businessesDesigning eLearning modules, knowledge assessments, and other performance support resourcesDesigning and implementing measurement strategies to evaluate program effectiveness and drive continuous improvementBuilding and maintaining strong partnerships with stakeholders across regions and functions to align learning solutions with business prioritiesCreating scalable mechanisms for program adoption, quality control, and impact measurementManaging cross‑functional projects through all stages from initiation to closeoutDeveloping data‑driven insights to inform program strategy and demonstrate business impactChampioning associate development needs while balancing business requirements and operational constraintsBasic Qualifications3+ years of program or project management experience3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experienceExperience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvementsExperience working cross‑functionally with tech and non‑tech teams1+ years of instructional design experience (Articulate, Vyond, Adobe, Camtasia or other video/graphic design software)Preferred Qualifications3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience3+ years of driving process improvements experienceExperience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organizationExperience building processes, project management, and schedulesCompleted bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as business, education, instructional design, or organizational developmentOperational experience, either inside or outside AmazonExperience with learning management systems (KNet, Amazon Learn) or other online remote learning platformsAmazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
