Join the Service Integration TeamAs an experienced Project Manager professional to support the growth of the Project Management function and to deliver ServiceNow related projects within the Service Integration Portfolio.In this roleYou will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders from various functions/business units to manage projects which align with business objectives and priorities.How you will make an impactLead end-to-end projects using both waterfall and agile methodologies.Manage all project aspects, including budgeting, prioritization, estimation, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery.Translate business requirements into technical specifications and maintain clear stakeholder communication.Develop and maintain project plans aligned with business objectives and value.Coordinate collaboration and communication with internal teams and external suppliers.Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, escalating when necessary.Prepare and deliver accurate project status reports.Ensure compliance with Hitachi Energy delivery methodology, including project controls and gate model.Monitor budgets and forecasts, controlling expenses and variations while driving process improvements and promoting best practices.Your backgroundMinimum 5+ years of experience in IT Project ManagementPMP or Agile certifications (e.g., PSM I, CSM) are highly desirableProven experience delivering ServiceNow projectsStrong knowledge of project methodologies, processes, reporting tools, and risk managementExcellent communication and people skills: team building, motivation, facilitation, and conflict resolutionAbility to manage multiple concurrent projects in a matrixed environmentFamiliarity with Agile frameworks (SCRUM, Kanban, SAFe), Lean Six Sigma (DMAIC), and ITIL V3/V4Comfortable working in a matrixed organization, navigating ambiguity and change, and collaborating effectively with remote teams across multiple time zones.More About UsWe pride ourselves on offering a holistic range of competitive benefits to support your financial, physical and mental wellbeing and personal development.
