Siamo alla ricerca di un Head of Planning & Control da inserire in un’importante azienda con Headquarter a Ravenna, attiva a livello internazionale nel settore degli impianti.La figura avrà un ruolo chiave nel controllo di gestione delle commesse e nella programmazione operativa dei cantieri, monitorando costi, avanzamento lavori e proiezioni economiche.Coordinerà inoltre le attività di planning supportato da un Addetto alla Programmazione, focalizzato sulla pianificazione operativa dei lavori.Principali responsabilitàVerificare l’andamento economico delle commesse e analizzare costi, scostamenti e proiezioni future.Ricevere, raccogliere e consolidare i dati forniti dai Responsabili di Commessa e dai controller di progetto.Supportare la Direzione nei processi di pianificazione, budgeting e controllo di gestione.Coordinare le attività di programmazione lavori / planner cantieri.Contribuire alla definizione di KPI e reportistica periodica per il COO.Garantire una corretta integrazione tra avanzamento lavori, fabbisogni produttivi e proiezioni economiche.Requisiti Laurea in Ingegneria (Civile, Edile o Gestionale) o Economia.Esperienza di almeno 3 anni nel controllo di gestione, preferibilmente in contesti strutturati e orientati alle commesse.Ottima padronanza di Microsoft Excel (livello avanzato).Italiano fluente e inglese livello B1 o superiore.Disponibilità a missioni/trasferte worldwide.Requisiti preferenziali Esperienza nel settore edile, impiantistico o costruzioni.Conoscenza di una seconda lingua (B1+), tra: francese, portoghese, spagnolo.Residenza in provincia di Ravenna o aree limitrofe.
