The group is committed to driving digital transformation across the country, supporting citizens and businesses with the best technologies, delivering quality, honesty, availability and transparency through strong teamwork and collaboration.ResponsibilitiesProgettazione esecutiva delle soluzioni cloud secondo le architetture definite dal team Ingegneria.Implementazione di infrastrutture cloud basate su OpenStack e sviluppo dell’automazione tramite Ansible Kolla e Terraform.Standardizzazione di configurazioni, procedure e processi operativi.Redazione della documentazione tecnica (guide operative, schemi tecnici e standard).Attività di collaudo e handover verso i team di esercizio.Collaborazione con team cross‑funzionali.Contributo al miglioramento continuo delle piattaforme cloud.QualificationsOltre 5 anni di esperienza come Systems Engineer / Cloud Engineer.Conoscenza avanzata di VMware e componenti dell’ecosistema (vSphere, vCenter).Esperienza avanzata con NSX‑T.Conoscenza approfondita di V Cloud Director.Esperienza con Zerto per DR/BC.Conoscenza approfondita di vSAN.Esperienza con Veeam (backup/restore).Conoscenza di hypervisor e orchestratori come Proxmox e Vates.Capacità di troubleshooting avanzato sulle tecnologie citate sopra.Ottima organizzazione del proprio lavoro.Forte senso del commitment.Proattività e spirito di iniziativa.Capacità di lavorare in team.Problem solving analitico e orientamento al miglioramento continuo.Solidità etica e responsabilità professionale.BenefitsFormazione continua con piani di induction strutturati e percorsi specifici in base al ruolo/area.Modalità agile quando previsto dalla mansione, grazie alle politiche aziendali.Ambiente smart e collaborativo.Possibilità di crescita professionale.Ticket Restaurant.LocationPossibilità di lavorare da remoto o in una delle sedi principali del gruppo quali Firenze, Arezzo, Milano, Ponte San Pietro (BG), Roma, Torino, Bologna.
