We are looking for a talented Cloud Support Engineer to provide expert-level technical support for cloud and Linux-based environments at global scale. In this role, you will work directly with customers to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex infrastructure and operating system issues. You will handle challenging problems across cloud platforms, containers, networking, and storage, while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service quality. Operating in a fully remote, distributed environment, you will collaborate with highly skilled engineers worldwide and continuously expand your technical expertise.
