Se cerchi un ambiente in continua evoluzione, dove le relazioni umane sono al primo posto, unisciti a noi Posizione AI Engineer Sede Full Remote Il tuo ruolo Per un importante progetto nel settore digitale, siamo alla ricerca di un AI Engineer con esperienza consolidata nello sviluppo di soluzioni basate su modelli NLP e architetture agentiche. AttivitàProgettazione, addestramento e ottimizzazione di modelli NLP (LLM, classificazione, generazione, summarization, RAG). Sviluppo e orchestrazione di AI agents con framework come LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI o equivalenti. Integrazione dei modelli in applicazioni reali tramite Python, FastAPI, Docker e servizi cloud. Progettazione di pipeline RAG avanzate (retrieval, embedding models, vector database, tool-use). Sperimentazione di tecniche di fine-tuning: LoRA, QLoRA, RLHF, preference optimization. Monitoraggio delle performance dei modelli, sicurezza, drift e costi di inference.RequisitiEsperienza pregressa nel ruolo di almeno 1 / 2 anni in contesti professionali o di ricerca. Conoscenza di Python e principali librerie ML / Deep Learning. Conoscenza dei modelli LLM e delle architetture transformer. Esperienza con pipeline RAG e framework agentici. Esperienza con strumenti di containerizzazione e deploy. Disponibilità a lavorare in modalità full remote.Cosa Offriamo Contratto a tempo indeterminato.
