We are a trusted and experienced partner in complex transactions, committed to providing a strong and stable “good home” for the companies we acquire.Since the launch of FairCap Italy at the end of 2022, we have successfully completed three local complex carve-out transactions, two of which have already been exited successfully. To further accelerate our growth and strengthen our presence in Italy, we are now looking to appoint a(Senior) Investment Manager (m/f/d)to join our team and play a key role in our continued expansion.Your area of responsibility ·Deal sourcing and further expansion of our network in Italy ·Selection of investment opportunities, including market research, preparation of business plans, company valuation, due diligence ·Market and competition analysis across all sectors and business models ·Participation in management meetings, preparation of valuations, indicative offers and term sheets ·Participation in all aspects of M&A processes, from acquisition to successful exit ·Taking on legal responsibility for our Italian entity FairCap Italy S.r.l.Your profile ·Education:Very good academic degree (Bachelor or Master) with a commercial, technical or scientific background from a renowned university/business school. ·Job experience : Professional experiences (4-8 years) at renowned companies in the areas of private equity, management consulting, or investment banking. ·Soft skills:You enjoy dealing with people. You have a certain affinity for sales. You are a good listener and have a confident appearance. International experience and business fluency in English round off your profile. ·Values and ethics:You share FairCap's values and its mission to reconcile successful investing, sustainability and the environment. ·Ambition and passion:You have a hands-on mentality and pursue goals with determination and ambition.
